How this voucher works?
For the buyer - Gift cards are purchased through the checkout process. An email containing a unique code will be delivered instantly by email and will contain instructions on how to redeem it. The gift card email will need to be printed or forwarded to the recipient. Please note: the option to add a recipient name and personalised message is not included.
For the recipient - The option to add a gift card for payment appears on checkout. When making a purchase in the Mulberry Ave store, the recipient can redeem the value of the gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.
The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.

If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Mulberry Ave Gift cards do not have an expiry date and remain valid until redemption.
